Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our team and take charge of implementing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. If you're enthusiastic about leveraging CRM technology to streamline processes and foster business growth, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities through development of custom entities, workflows, and plugins.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that maximize Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems and applications.
- Design and execute data migration strategies while maintaining data integrity.
- Develop end-user training programs and documentation to drive CRM adoption.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance usability and reliability.
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 CRM updates and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration tools.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as .NET Framework, C#, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of CRM integration techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-specific CRM solutions.
