Location Negotiable subject to campus availability.
2x Temporary Full-Time position until March 2025
Base salary range of $119,757 - $132,188 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Business Analyst (internally known as Senior Business Analyst), with a focus on human centred design, is responsible for providing specialist advice and performing activities to ensure Systems Group Solutions Delivery effectively identifies and delivers on business requirements and optimisation opportunities, across all stages of the solutions delivery project lifecycle. The position provides specialist guidance to other Business Analysts on complex activities and coordinates analyst work as required to meet program management timeframes and standards.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Services and Inventory Management experience is an advantage.
- Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant industry experience.
- Minimum 3+ years Business Analysis experience in a complex environment.
- Hands-on experience in at least two major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation projects.
- Experienced in business process capture and documentation.
- Strong Business requirements gathering skills and writing of functional specifications.
- Experience working on waterfall and Agile / DevOps SDLC projects.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good business planning, analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strength in performing effective root cause analysis.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented Individual.
- Data migration experience is an advantage.
