Position Summary:
This is a position to support the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O application in the Finance domain .This is a position based out of Sydney, Australia and client is looking for someone who was part of the deployment project.
Mandatory Skills:
· Microsoft Finance functional hands-on experience on modules like General ledger, Fixed assets, Accounts payable, Indirect sourcing.
· Associate should have hands on experience on above modules of Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O application, should be able to troubleshoot the tickets / request raised by the users, should be able to provide a fix/solution, should be able to support the month end closure by the business.
· Associate should coordinate with the offshore team being part of the support team and provide updates to the client manager and Cognizant manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Be a single point contact for customer for providing support.
· Resolve tickets raised in the system related to Microsoft F&O product.
· Provide month end support.
· Work with offshore team and provide required information to them to resolve tickets raised.
· Provide status on the project to the client leadership and Cognizant leadership team.
· Capture requirements and build functional design documents, Configure the system, provide training to the business users, support development team by providing functional inputs, testing the development etc.
Salary Range:
100,000
