Mid-Senior Architect - Contract

Position:
We are looking for several experienced Architects to contribute their expertise to our collaborative and forward-thinking team. The successful candidates will play a key role in the conceptualization, design development, and execution of architectural projects. From initial client meetings to project completion, the Architect will be involved in all stages of the design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.
• Lead and participate in the development of design concepts, sketches, and architectural drawings.
• Produce detailed construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Present design proposals and project updates to clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects and design skills.
