Our Sydney office is on the lookout for a motivated and talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designerto join our Sydney HQ and be a part of a variety of responsibilities in multiple areas where graphic design makes a difference.  

This exciting, diverse, full-time opportunity will see you immersed in exciting briefs through POS, Retail, FMCG and Product Development projects, working with our Product Design Team you will elevate and drive the studio’s graphic design output levels to new heights. From creating external presentations and materials, generating artwork for product renders, to internal materials and comms. 

This role will also see you working on a variety of projects across different sectors, from branding and marketing to digital campaigns and print materials supporting our clients with graphic design needs relating to our products.

The Position: 

We are looking for applicants with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn and be able to work well in a team. We are looking for a well-developed design skill set, a strong understanding of graphic design exploration adhering to brand guidelines, as well as the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our creative team, clients, and stakeholders to deliver outstanding visual solutions. Listed below are some key tasks, but are not limited to: 

Generating high quality designs for print and digital media, including presentation decks, social media graphics, websites, and more. 

Concept ideation, adhering to brand guidelines provided 

Collaborate with our Senior GD to develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral. 

Assisting the studio with adhoc design deliverables 

Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and teams. 

Ability to create print-ready artwork 

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. 

Experience: 

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer 

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus 

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design 

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well in a team 

Creative thinking, strong attention to detail and a passion for good design 

Must have excellent organisation and time management skills to multitask, prioritize and demonstrated ability to work to frequent tight deadlines 

Willingness to work autonomously and also with a team to achieve goals
