This is an Account Manager role within the securities side of the business, where you will deliver premium client services across multiple asset classes. You will be taking a lead role in all aspects of service delivery and relationship building. This role provides an opportunity to drive growth within a high-achieving Middle office team.
Your new role
Working as an Account Manager in the Middle Office, you will;
- Be the 1st point of escalation for both internal and external stakeholders for a range of clients
- Assisting in strategic planning and implementation of growth strategies, working alongside senior management
- Responsible for managing the execution of all trade instructions, co-ordinating with the back office team
- Setting up new funds, onboarding clients and ensuring a smooth process
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Middle office with strong market knowledge
- Experience managing complex client relationships within Financial Services
- Experience working within the securities space with strong product knowledge
- Demonstrated experience of managing effective client relationships
