AddressReporting to the Village Manager, this position is 14/7 drive in / drive out roster and is responsible for providing a consistent, quality grounds keeping service to our guests and customers, including basic maintenance work, grounds maintenance and garbage collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent facilities services in a timely manner consistent with all quality standards and service level agreements with minimum disruption to our guests and customers.
- General repairs and maintenance of site grounds, facilities, buildings, and general gardening duties
- Regular collection and maintenance of waste throughout the site
- Keep all work areas, workshops, tools, and vehicles in a tidy, safe and professional condition.
- Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for our guests and customers.
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- LF Forklift Licence
- Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of equipment routinely used (e.g. ride on & push mowers, whipper snipper, blower vac)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proof of working rights within Australia
- Valid National Police Check
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
