Enhance Tongue Tie Clinic at Enhance Dentistry provides laser surgery to correct tongue and lip ties in infants, children and adults. We're looking for a Midwife or Neonatal Nurse to support mothers and infants before and after procedures. This is an exciting time to be joining our wonderful team, as we continue to grow in response to patient demand. We are looking for someone committed to ensuring our patients’ needs are being met and exceeded.

We offer a holistic, innovative and transformative approach to treating orofacial disorders in infants and toddlers as well as older patients. We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated, passionate and heart-based Midwife or Neonatal Nurses to provide caring support for our little patients and their families.

We'll know you're great for our team if you (essential): 

• Have a strong commitment to working well as part of a supportive team 
• Enjoy working with infants and young children, and have experience working with them in a clinical environment. 
• Have a passion about comprehensive patient care 
• Are a compassionate person always keen to learn new things 
• Have a positive attitude and outlook even when things get busy 
• Are very keen to provide exceptional patient service 
• Possess good written and oral communication skills 
• Are computer literate and able to record information digitally 
• Are dilligent and hardworking, ensuring the job always gets done 

 
We'll know you're perfect for us if you also (desirable): 

• Have had experience assisting breastfeeding mothers 
• Have experience working with tongue and lip ties 
• Have experience working in a dental environment or other private health care service

Hours of work: 
Initially up to 15 hours per week (two shifts) with the potential for additional shifts if desired.
