To be successful in this role:
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous experience dealing with machines or machine operations
- Mechanically minded and able to operate machinery.
- Follow systems and protocol to high standards.
- Physically fit and able to handle physical aspects of the job.
- Availability & flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Must have Australian working rights, unfortunately, this position does not offer sponsorship.
- Wheat intake & conditioning including inspection, compliance and safety requirements, cleaning
- Gain knowledge and skills in setting up the Mill
- Gaining sound knowledge of the internal workings of the milling equipment throughout the Mill
- Test and inspect quality of products on arrival
- Learn milling software and electronic control systems
- Complete all necessary job documentation, including electronic reporting
- Maintenance of the milling equipment
- Packing machine operations
- Cleaning of intake and storage equipment
- Quality checks
