The Role
Reporting to the VM Specialist, you will maintain visual merchandising standards within a region of Mimco boutique concepts in line with the brand vision. This is a rare chance for a highly creative and proactive individuals to impact the performance of our stores. Please note this is a 1 year Fixed Term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Effective installation of windows and in store displays in line with current VM guidelines and brand vision to maximise sales
Ensure all stores within the region achieve and maintain visual merchandising standards at all times in line with VM guidelines
Awareness of fashion trends and ideas as well as an excellent understanding and knowledge of the current season range
Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures
The Ideal Candidate has
Enthusiasm for our brand with a fresh vibrancy that is honest and heartfelt
Holds a current drivers licence and be able to travel between stores as required
Proven experience within a comparable VM role, apparel experience required
Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
Work autonomously and as part of a team
A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
