The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 2 Full Time Permanent Mine Site Cleaner - Utility at our Mine Site in Burnie - Savage River, TAS. Working 7 days ON 7 days OFF 0730 - 1930. DIDO roles for the right candidate residing within Burnie, TAS.
Roster:
What This Role Involves:
- Setting up and clearing dining rooms
- Dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchen, equipment & dining areas
- Maintaining legislated food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
- Assisting the broader team as required
- Preparing and presenting texture-modified foods
- Dining Room Duties - maintain cleanliness, stock and crib food levels
- Housekeeping Duties - room and ensuite cleaning, making beds (if needed)
- Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning
- Mine Site Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses
The Ideal Applicant Will Have:
- Experience working as a cleaner 12 months +
- A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
- A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
- Drivers License (Auto or Man) MANDATORY Requirement (Drive In Drive Out)
- Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
