Our site locations We own and operate our sites Iron Ore and Lithium operations Pilbara and Goldfields regions Our Team Senior Mining Engineers Mining Engineers Senior Drill & Blast Engineers Drill & Blast Engineers Senior Engineers: Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will be accountable for site mine engineering and technical services, operational and mine reconciliation reports and the preparation and delivery of mining plans. Engineers: Reporting to the Senior Engineers, you will be accountable for execution of our mining plans, and in particular, ensuring the compliance to mine plans on a daily basis. Key internal relationships onsite Onsite - General Manager and Operation Managers Technical Services - Geology, Survey and Mine Planning Production - Mining team, Drill & Blast crews Maintenance - Mobile Maintenance Requirements Experience within an operational mining environment is essential, ideally within Iron Ore or Lithium commodities A tertiary qualification within Mining Engineering or similar discipline, coupled with significant hands-on experience appropriate to level Timely delivery of optimised mine plans from daily out to 13 week timeframes Develop, implement and maintain design & planning processes Ensure conformance to plan and end of period reporting across applicable planning horizons and communication to wider business of operational performance Provide technical services support to production and other execution teams Why would I want to be part of MinRes?
