AddressWe are seeking a driven and collaborative Mining Engineer at our Mineral Hill Mine supporting the commencement of open cut and underground operations.

Kingston Resources Ltd is an ASX-listed gold and copper company, operating the Mineral Hill mine in Cobar, NSW and advancing the 3.8Moz Misima Gold Project in PNG.

In this role you will:
- Provide technical input to mine design
- Support operational teams to achieve production targets
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
- Plan mining activities including weekly and monthly mine schedules
- Provide business critical outputs and context for Mining Operations
About you:
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Mining Engineer
- Relevant academic qualifications in Mining Engineering and working towards a NSW statutory competency
- Strong experience in mine planning, organising and supervising mine activities
- Advanced project scheduling
- Competent user of mine planning software packages
- Current NSW driver's license for manual vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with contractors, colleagues, customers and peers
- Proactive approach, with the ability to work without supervision and make independent decisions
- Organised with the ability to juggle multiple conflicting tasks and personnel
- Flexible and adaptable style
- The right to live and work in Australia, and NSW e.g. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Safety leadership and management within the mining industry
