Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced professionals to assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of civil infrastructure, including electrical installations.
- Learn to identify and solve construction-related issues efficiently, ensuring the safety and quality of projects.
- Learn the operations of plant including 5 to 23-tonne excavators & Bobcats.
- Install pits, compact trenches & install conduits.
- Prioritise safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the team.
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For:
- A passion for Civil Construction and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Be a reliable team player with a motivated attitude to contribute to our projects and achieve excellence.
- Flexibility is essential. Embrace the variety in projects and be ready to travel when required.
- Prioritise safety in all aspects of work, ensuring a secure environment for yourself and your team.
- Good communication skills are essential to collaborate with team members and clients.
- 18 years of age, White card & driver's licence are a must for this role.
