Mining Ot Network Support Specialist

About the Role:

• Resolve challenges related to to mine site communication infrastructure, including wireless and LTE Networks supporting Fleet Management Systems (e.g., MineStar, FrontRunner)

• Analyze trends in equipment failures & telecommunication systems performance, recommending replacements or continuous improvement strategies.

• Proactive monitoring of networks and systems, ensuring prompt responses to client needs.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents affecting asset availability or the site Fleet Management System (FMS) within service scope and SLAs.

• Provide technical and system administration support related to applications.

Requirements:

• Full Working Rights in WA.

• Expertise in Designing/Developing/Supporting Wireless OT Network Solutions (RF, Point-to-Point Microwave Links, LTE, TETRA, IP Networks)

• Familiarity with Wireless Networking Hardware (AVI, Cisco, Cambium, Rajant)

• Experience with Fleet Management Systems (MineStar, Modular, Jigsaw)

• CCNA/CCNP/ITIL Certification
