Mining Supervisor & OCE

• NSW based role in Open Cut Coal

The situation:Our client is looking to hire an experienced Mining Supervisor who also has a current open cut examiners ticket. This is a permanent position working directly for the owner / operator. We are unable to consider sub-contractors or those looking for contract positions sorry, 

Experience required:

• NSW or QLD Open Cut Examiners ticket
• Leadership experience supervising large production crews of at least 50 + personnel 
• Technical or operational background with a sound understanding of industry best practice
• Focused on safety and people and the development of people to perform at there best
• Team player
