AMB is currently seeking an experienced Plant Operator to join our dynamic team in Tamworth, NSW.
About You:
- Solid, demonstratable experience in plant operations, particularly in civil construction.
- A valid driver's licence and OHS Construction Induction (White Card) are essential.
- GPS experience and National RIIMP qualifications are highly regarded.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- A Team player, with a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
- Comfortable using modern construction industry apps for functions such as site & fleet management, HR, and workflow management.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate 6-Ton to 30-Ton excavators, and when appropriate a diverse range of other plant machinery, including recycling processing equipment.
- Employ GPS, laser systems and operational skills.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals, uphold our high standards of safety and quality, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a workplace culture that values safety, positivity, and environmental stewardship.
