About the role:
We are delighted to advise that we are calling for applications from experienced and skilled Operators to join our team, on our Lake Cowal Customer site in Central West NSW.
The roster will be 7/7 days only with a generous salary package, DIDO with meals and accommodation provided whilst on shift. Preference will be given to candidates who currently reside in the West Wyalong/Parkes region or who are willing to relocate.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Demonstrating and setting the example of our key Company value “Safety is our priority, Always”;
- Operating our MMU trucks and other associated blasting plant machinery;
- Assisting with preventative maintenance on all associated plant and machinery;
- Assist with the ‘hands on’ delivery of explosive products into pre-drilled blast holes;
- Working in tight unison with our teammates to provide excellence in service to our valued customers.
What You Will Bring:
- A current Heavy Rigid (HR) drivers licence is essential;
- Previous mining experience is essential;
- Demonstrated history of working in physically demanding environments;
- The ability to pass all required security checks in which to obtain a Safe Work NSW Security Clearance;
- An excellent, positive and team-based attitude where you look out for your teammates;
- A basic mechanical comprehension would be highly regarded;
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
