About the Role
This is no ordinary role – it's about providing high-quality multi-product installation, repair, and maintenance services to a diverse range of customers. You'll work on various mechanical gear for different clients in numerous locations. What's not to love!
You'll need a passion for exceptional customer service, an eye for detail, and strong time management skills. You're also not afraid to stretch yourself with some new business development, something you'll naturally enjoy as a people person.
Skills and Experience
- Hydraulic hose experience (preferable).
- Ideally, a qualification in an appropriate and relevant discipline such as automotive mechanics, or at least three years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial sector.
- The ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
- The willingness to undertake on-call work.
- Effective troubleshooting skills for hydraulic and related mechanical engineering problems.
- Effective communication skills with the confidence to build trusted client relationships.
- Ability to increase revenue through sound business development skills.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) install experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort with manual handling duties, including physical lifting.
