We are seeking an experienced, confident, and well-presented Executive Assistant to join our team and ensure our busy studio runs smoothly day-to-day. This is a diverse role in a fast-paced environment, within a tight-knit team and demands a highly organised individual with an ability to work autonomously and in a self-motivated manner.
About the role:
You will be working closely with the Director and administration team in the Brisbane studio and be a part of many aspects of office management and business support.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to Brisbane Studio Director, assisting to manage his day and overall studio requirements Compilation and format of complex tender submissions / fee proposals, including managing sub-consultant submissions, using InDesign and MS Word Liaison point on behalf of the Directors/Principals to clients, consultants and other relevant stakeholders Act as advisor and support for the wider team Assist with new employees, including training and induction Point of contact for building management issues/repairs Supervise/direct activities of Receptionist and if required assist with general office duties including :- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival; ensuring studio is kept clean and tidy at all times Organise weekly meetings, events and maintain all relevant facilities Respond to emails, calls and any other types of communication as required by the business Be part of our internal social club activities, including event planning, booking activities etc
- Experience within Architectural Practice is beneficial Confident and effective communicator Experience across Creative Suite and MS Office Suite applications Team orientated and passionate about career growth and development
