Are you a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist looking to make a positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking Mobile Massage Therapists to join our dedicated team to provide therapeutic massage services to people in their own homes or care facilities.

We are a community based organisation that provides Mobile Massage therapy services across Hobart and Southern Tasmania with a focus on aged care and disability massage. We are passionate about providing high quality health services to our clients and improving their quality of life and well being. 

About the Role
As a Mobile Massage Therapist, you will treat a variety of clients with a wide range of health conditions and mobility issues in their home within your scope of practice. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional massage therapy services to clients in their homes or other preferred locations. 
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalised care plans
• Maintain accurate records of progress notes
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, other healthcare professionals and cooperate with our administration team for support.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy 
• Membership of Massage and Myotherapy Australia or AMT associations.
• Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Working With Vulnerable People Card (or ability to obtain upon commencement)
• Current Police Check 
• Valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle. 
• ABN for independent contractors

About You

• Ability to adapt massage techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of elderly, vulnerable and diverse clients
• Willingness to learn and gain new skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for all of our clients
• You will need at least 2 day's availability to begin with
• Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
• At least one year's work experience in the Massage Therapy Industry is preferred.

**We also have work available for applicants qualified in Cert IV Massage Therapy or currently completing their Diploma of RMT to join our Corporate Massage Team and available for private hotel and Airbnb bookings. Qualification in Diploma of RMT is a minimum requirement for Aged Care and Disability Massage**
