What you will do Be the maestro of mobilization, orchestrating the movement of personnel across NSW with finesse and flair. Dive into the world of Pegasus like a pro, using it to manage personnel compliance while having a blast. Collaborate with our awesome project managers, HR team, and site-based stakeholders to ensure our team is in the right place at the right time, ready to rock and roll. Make onboarding a breeze for our new recruits, making the process smooth and guiding them through the process with enthusiasm. Keep the party going by maintaining accurate records of personnel movements and ensuring the integrity of data in Pegasus, Rapid Induct and MyOSH. What you will bring Experience in mobilizing personnel for projects, with a passion for using Pegasus and other systems to make things happen. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping the momentum.
