About your position
Calling all Mobilisation Coordinators with a knack for fun and a mastery of Pegasus and other systems! If you're ready to inject some excitement into mobilizing personnel across NSW and SA, then we want you on our team. This role isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about ensuring our workforce is geared up and ready to hit the ground running!
What you will do
- Be the maestro of mobilization, orchestrating the movement of personnel across NSW with finesse and flair.
- Dive into the world of Pegasus like a pro, using it to manage personnel compliance while having a blast.
- Collaborate with our awesome project managers, HR team, and site-based stakeholders to ensure our team is in the right place at the right time, ready to rock and roll.
- Make onboarding a breeze for our new recruits, making the process smooth and guiding them through the process with enthusiasm.
- Keep the party going by maintaining accurate records of personnel movements and ensuring the integrity of data in Pegasus, Rapid Induct and MyOSH.
- Tackle any challenges that come your way with a can-do attitude and a sense of adventure, because here at Emeco we're all about turning obstacles into opportunities.
What you will bring
- Experience in mobilizing personnel for projects, with a passion for using Pegasus and other systems to make things happen.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping the momentum.
