As the mobilisation coordinator you will play an integral role in ensuring the projects administration function is delivered in an efficient and effective manner and to client’s expectations.
All positions are Perth based in the CBD and North of the River on either 8/6 or 5/2 rosters, duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Booking and arranging inductions and training requirements for new and current employees.
- Communication with new staff to ensure they are aware of onboarding requirements and following up on any outstanding items.
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including qualification verification, visa/working rights, updating roster, booking flights, creation of profiles and schedules in project management systems, contact lists and all required items.
- Assist with the onboarding process by guiding candidates through necessary paperwork, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate site access requirements have been met and ready for employee to commence on site when required.
- Liaise with labour hire companies for onboarding new starters.
- Ordering stationery, PPE, and business clothing for the staff.
- Previous experience in a mobilisation coordinator role
- Familiar with requirements for BHP, Rio and FMG sites
- Use of INX, SuccessFactors or ERMS
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
