The Mobilisation Officer will be responsible for the end-to-end mobilisation process through coordinating and planning personnel for all of our internal and external shutdowns. The Mobilisation Officer will liaise with internal and external teams to ensure timely execution of mobilisation plans and adherence to established schedules. Reporting to the Services Manager and based at our East Perth office, this role would suit a candidate who is self-motivated, results driven, prides themselves on their attention to detail, has the confidence to jump on the phone and speak directly to candidates and employees and is highly organised.
The job requirements:
- Proven experience mobilising large numbers of blue-collar personnel to numerous sites for shutdowns across WA
- Experience using mobilisation packages such as ERMS, CMS, Success factors, and/or Workflow/SPEAR
- Experience mobilising to WA mining clients such as BHP and FMG desirable
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently, with attention to detail in a high volume and time critical environment
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees, subcontractors in line with client requirements and time frames
- Communicate with employees regarding all movements, including shutdowns and changes to rosters weekly via e-mail, text and verbally by telephone
- Book ongoing travel, including domestic /charter flights and accommodation for base-load and shutdown personnel
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
