AddressOur client is a leading civil contractor providing various services to the Australian mining industry and are predominantly involved with rehabilitation, construction, and maintenance. Due to a strong project pipeline, they now have a new position for a Mobilisation and Recruitment Coordinator to join their team commencing ASAP!
You will be working in a team of 4 working on the end-to-end recruitment to mobilisation or around 5-10 contractors per week. This is a long-term role, starting initially as a temporary with with the view of permanency.
The role would suit either an experienced Mobilisation Officer wanting to do more Recruiting. Or, a Recruiter that would like to take control of mobilising their candidates to site.

- West Perth location
- Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Pay range up to $45 per hour
- Casual with a strong view of permanency after 3 months
Your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Recruitment and mobilisation of various blue (Mobile Plant Operators, Fitters, Trade Assistants etc) and white-collar roles (Supervisors, HSE, Engineering etc) across multiple projects for major Iron Ore mining clients
- Ensuring compliance is completed for all onboarding candidates.
- Making sure site inductions are booked with multiple different site operators (FMG, RIO etc)
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Experience within a similar role (recruitment or mobilisation)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and last-minute changes.
- Have an organised and problem solver personality!
- Advanced computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Available for an immediate start.
