Key Responsibilities:

Practice Management responsibilities:

  • Management of client codes, work in progress and related client set up
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of timesheet entry / reporting
  • Processing invoices and updating Greatsoft as required
  • Issuing debtor statements and follow up of outstanding amounts
  • Maintaining a register of subscription and related costs
  • Tracking referral details to other divisions
  • Collating details for international reporting requirements
  • Assisting with process improvement projects and related implementation

Team Support responsibilities:

  • Diary management for Partners and Principals
  • Assisting Partners and Principals with maintaining complete and up-to-date CRM data
  • Organising meetings, including preparation of agendas and supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations, taking minutes and following up on action items as required
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation or catering as required
  • Submitting expense claims
  • Ad hoc administration duties for the team
  • Assisting with organising team social functions
  • Coordinating onboarding of new employees
  • Arranging software access for new starters and maintenance of user lists to ensure they are up to date

 Other responsibilities

  • Working with service line groups to improve template documents and align with best practice
  • Assisting with the organisation of key CF marketing and BD events
  • Co-ordinating local and national training sessions
  • Assistance with preparation of client proposals
  • Assistance with preparation of CF marketing collateral
