Current opportunity

The Mobility and People Experience (PX) Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Mobility and PX team. The role is key in supporting the Mobility team to ensure people who enter, depart, and move around Australia and internationally for BDO purposes have a positive experience with their visa and relocation. The role also supports the PX team with People & Culture projects and administration when required. 

Role responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the visa tracker Nationally; running VEVO checks, adding/removing visa holders and identifying visas that are due to expire. Working with local P&C/TA teams to identify new starters on visa’s and ensuring they are captured on the tracker.
  • Nationally organising relocations – liaising with individuals and relevant local P&C business partners to book flights and arrange accommodation. Regularly communicating with individuals who are travelling to ensure they have a smooth relocation and positive experience.
  • Nationally monitoring and processing remote work requests in line with BDO’s policy.
  • Maintaining the virtual secondee program and physical secondee program 
  • Organising secondment and BDO relocation interviews and working with the TA team to ensure a positive recruitment process.
  • Organising payment of invoices, and BDO firms for deductions to salaries (due to migration requirements).
  • Supporting the team to maintain secondment/relocation materials, working with relevant BDO teams to run campaigns.
  • People experience project support. Including People & Culture projects, employee benefits changes, employee lifecycle process improvements and ad hoc project support as required.
  • Engagement survey (CultureAmp) Administrator, maintaining data, creating surveys, setting up surveys, running reports and analysing data.
  • Intranet (BDO RED) administrator and communication support. Ensuring information is accessible, clear and easy for employees to understand.
  • Meeting set up, reporting and general administrative support as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
  • Experience working within a professional environment is desired.
  • Ability to maintain private, confidential, and sensitive information.
