Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and support them throughout their visit to the Momo Showroom.
- Maximise sales opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Where appropriate, maintain an acceptable condition of Momo’s Showroom
- Communicate internally and externally to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships
- Offer exceptional product knowledge and solutions to meet customers needs.
- Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Handle administrative tasks including maintaining customer records and sales administrative work.
- Complete follow-up calls, communications and campaigns as needed.
Other Activities
- At times you may be required to support Momo events which can be held outside of general business hours. These would be planned in advance.
- Interstate travel may be required for events (these would be planned in advance)
- Daily hours will be determined based on when showroom trading hours will be (TBC)
- Where required and based on capacity, support in Customer Service & Business Development activities
