Aussie Belmont are growing and looking for a Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our driven and professional team. This entry level role does not require any lending experience and you will spend your time assisting our Mortgage Brokers with residential lending, mortgage protection and general insurance application.
Key duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and anticipating customer needs to create a ‘wow’ experience every time
- Providing timely and accurate information to customers, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and real estate agents
- Maintain and build active and positive relationships with Clients, Lenders and Referrers
- Prepare and complete loan applications, with close attention to compliance and lender requirements
- Analysis of financial information
- Tracking loan applications to actively monitor/manage them from submission through to settlement
- Ensure all information is accurate, identify any missing information and follow-up as required
Job requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Adaptability and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Highly articulate with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills, a desire to deliver exceptional service and willing to question the status quo in the pursuit of world’s best customer service
- Database and systems management skills
- Competent in Windows 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
