Working for a leading non-bank lender, you will be joining a multiple-award winning alternative lender! They specialise in a wide range of residential and commercial products, they are committed to helping Australians achieve their property ownership goals.
Your new role
Joining their inbound contact centre you will be the voice of the brand, using your previous mortgages experience to provide fantastic service to their customers. Some key responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming phone enquiries and try as best to have a first call resolution
- Maintain and update customer information
- Transfer and/or escalate complex calls to the appropriate department
- Conduct proactive outbound calls and provide administrative support
- Be part of a fun, positive team environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous contact centre experience is required, so you can hit the ground running
- Mortgages experience is highly desirable, if not any lending or financial services
- Comfortable working towards KPI’s and targets
- Team player and assisting team targets
- Proactive and switched on, with the ability to show solution focus skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
