In the role, you will:

• Attend to customer enquiries and manage mortgage loan applications
• Educate the customer through each stage of the lending process 
• Convert leads by discussing lending needs with customers
• Submit loan applications for credit approval 
• Liaise with the Head Office Credit Analyst
• Promote the Banks product range and service offering
• Identify new business opportunities by building strong relationships with customers
• Manage customer profiles and update the database 
• Notify and update customers on the status of loan applications
• Generate reports for Senior Managers and Principles
• Work with the Principles to plan and coordinate social and networking events

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Experience working at a bank or financial services provider (call centre or customer-facing) 
• Proven customer service and sales experience with an ability to explain the features and benefits of a product or service 
• Expectational communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously 
• Strong time management and prioritising skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and key stakeholders
