Requirements
Skills and Experience required from the Business Analyst include:
- Individually own deliverables for specific outcomes
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Requirements Analysis and Lifecycle Management
- Organizational Delivery Methodology compliance
- Risk Management
- Regular Status Reporting
- Participation in Community of Practice - Business Analysis
Specific Role Requirements:
- Ability to work independently to progress on a stream of work from analysis, requirements, documentation and ensure quality of deliverables across the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a senior business analyst in organizations / programs delivering business outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with Privacy Legislation, Data Privacy, Compliance and related areas.
- Experience working with banks or financial institutions.
- Working experience in mortgages space is highly desirable.
- Data Analysis / Data related technology experience is good to have.
