NCP Hospitality Seymour is looking for the right couple to manage this 26 room bed and breakfast Motel.
Experience in Motel Management is a must
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage all reception duties including all invoicing and all aspects of customer relations
- Prepare and Deliver Room Service breakfast
- Manage and assist housekeeping Staff
- Maintain Linen & Towel Stocks, Sheets outsourced
- General light maintenance including, pool maintenance ,light gardening, internal & external area presentation.
- Applicants are required to have previous experience in Motel Management
- Exceptional customer service is a non negotiable, a hands on approach, Strong Computer skills and experience with channel management and yield management is advantageous.
Our property is a family business and the Management Couple will be working closely with the owners and will report directly to them. All back office duties including wages and financial reporting will be managed by the owners. The Management Couple will be required to live on site in the provided 2 bedroom managers residence that is connected to reception. Remuneration is by negotiation in line with current standards and is to be paid on a contracted daily basis plus superannuation
