Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of motel operations, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Passion for Customer Service. Dedicated to meeting guest expectations and understanding the importance of guest reviews.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Marketing. Knowledge and experience in marketing to enhance direct booking strategies.
- Oversee conference centre events and ensure smooth execution of conferences and meetings.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
