Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guests services, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and administration
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize performance across all areas.
- Oversee Front office operations, handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- A ‘ hands-on’ management style is required to uphold quality standards and ensure staff productivity.
- SOP development and implementation
- Conduct regular training sessions with all departments to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Implement cost effective measures without compromising service quality
- Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel/ resort management, preferably as a couple
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Remote work and living experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly and efficiently is a must
- Ability to maintain a budget and make decisions to ensure the resort operates within budget
- Great understanding of social media
- Excellent understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements and Human Resources.
