We are currently hiring a Motion & Brand Designer to work closely with the creative and account management teams, and other key stakeholders to work on and create anything from high-end quality video content, ATM screens, digital media screens to banner ads. You’ll work collaboratively with our designers and use your design skills across After Effects, Animate, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator where you’ll utilise your experience in digital, print and motion design to help the team succeed.
We need you to standout in a competitive digital landscape and you will be essential for elevating the visual content and creating captivating user experiences.

What your day may look like
Conception and execution of motion graphics and animation-based projects
Animation of design assets
Creation of motion graphics assets for video such as title transitions, beginning and end frames
Knowledge of various social media platforms
Provide creative vision to the editing process, bringing your own style to create beautifully composed work
Develop creative, strategic ideas that solve specific creative challenges
Organize and maintain video files, including following best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy
Utilising your design skills to assist the creative team on digital, print and motion design as required
Showing your understanding of brand, and interpreting and applying brand guidelines
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience
Take an initial concept / storyboard to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations
History of telling compelling stories through unique creative assets and visual interactions
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, in addition to video editing software
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, marketing managers and throughout all phases of project development.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and able to follow direction
Understanding of broadcast and digital distribution best practices including technical aspects of production
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar
