About the role
RACQ Auto Glass PTY LTD is hiring ADAS Specialists. As an ADAS Specialist, you will complete the ADAS recalibration, recoding and resetting the diagnostics for RACQ members and other customers while upholding exceptional customer service standards and adhering to policies, procedures and compliance and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensuring all ADAS recalibrations are completed to vehicle manufacturers specifications to ensure RACQ provides a market leading service to its members/customers.
Complete vehicle inspections to a compliant standard, including road tests to ensure that all vehicles are compliant with OEM specifications using both OEM and aftermarket diagnostic equipment and software
Contribute to, and participate in, continuous improvement activities.
Maintain and repair equipment as required.
Complete and maintain exact service records and invoicing.
About you
2-3 years’ experience as an Auto Electrician or Motor Mechanic
Experience working with ADAS recalibrations essential
Experience within fault code diagnosis and problem solving
Experience with European made models highly desirable
