Form of workWe're currently looking for an experienced Automotive Technician / Mechanic to join our workshop. The candidate must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
This position is casual - part time and based on a 20 - 30 hour working week, pay rate will be depending on skills and experience and our workshop opening hours are based on 8 am to 5 pm Mon - Fri.
Hourly rate: $34.99 - $40 an hour dependant on experience.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Must have a current drivers license.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Perform quality services and mechanical repairs removing and refitting brake pads & rotors, suspension, basic service, logbook service, timing belts and water pumps in all makes & models from new to old .
- Perform tyre fitting and balancing.
- A keen eye for detail and problem solving abilities
