The majority of your training will come from on the job training with the assistance of your specifically trained workplace mentor, whilst completing AUR20420 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology. This qualification is designed to prepare new employees for work in performing accessory installations on vehicles.
About the role:
- Quality installations of genuine accessories.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles as per manufacturers checklist.
- Interpret installation instructions for various Parts and utilise the correct tools and equipment to carry out fitments (trays, bull bars, tow bars, stereo systems, parking sensors, cameras etc).
- Safe handling of all vehicles in and around our facilities.
- Ensure all work is documented and accurate.
