Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dealership management to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Manage stock levels daily and ensure stock management is prioritised.
- Remaining focused on customer centricity at all times.
- Building strong relationships with our OEM partner.

Your role is pivotal in the dealership's expansion, as they continue to grow under the umbrella of the thriving Jowett Motor Group family. The Used Car Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Used Car Sales Consultants with the primary objective to achieve sales targets and profit margins through the focus on key elements including customer service, the sales process and discipline, product knowledge and effective administration. The Used Car Sales Manager must comply with established policies and procedures.
We operate a 5-day week Monday to Saturday, with an RDO in lieu of Saturday.
