We have multiple openings for New Car Sales Consultants at both our city-fringe Nailsworth dealership and our brand new purpose-built vehicle dealership at Mawson Lakes. These roles in our friendly customer focused sales teams are available for immediate start.
At both dealerships we offer a range of services including New and Used Vehicles, Finance and Insurance, Vehicle Servicing, Parts and Accessories, but we do more than provide trustworthy services and products coupled with excellent customer service. We also provide our employees with a stable work environment in a long standing, successful business. We are part of the family owned and operated Formula Motor Group, employing around 100 people in South Australia. Our strong leadership team continually strive for development, innovation and integrity in everything we do. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- All aspects of the sale process
- Achieving individual KPIs
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our brands through in-house and manufacturer training
About You
- Experience as a vehicles sales person is preferred but not essential. Experience in any sales capacity will be highly regarded.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Motivated and passionate about the automotive industry
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Moderate level computer skills
- Energetic, dynamic, "can-do" and cooperative personality
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Drivers Licence
