About the Role:
This role requires a passionate and professional Sales Consultant who understands the importance of providing excellent customer service with every customer interaction.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Building rapport and fostering successful relationships.
- Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers.
- Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is an advantage.
- Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and profits.
- Follow-up system in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads.
- Diligence in following up on all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail.
About you:
- You are committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- You have experience in a similar role or with motorcycle brands.
- You have a genuine passion for Motorcycles!
- You are self-motivated and have a winning attitude towards success.
- You have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
