We are a rapidly growing Small/Medium business in the Motorcycle & vehicle transportation space.  Primarily you will be working within the motorcycle transport team but there is definitely room for help and to expand into any one of our other teams too! 

We are a dynamic and fun loving group of individuals but we work our little (or so we like to think) butts off because we give a $hit about each other and the business. 

We offer flexibility where needed ie picking up your child from school as they're sick or needing to work from home for a couple of days while they recoup, or leaving early to go to a doctors appointment and offering to jump on at home to make it up.  It's a 2 way street and it's certainly reciprocated and it works both ways. That's what we are about.  In saying that though, given the industry and the collaborative team environment we do need our team primarily in the office.  We yell out at each other for help across the room, or get live info to provide to customer's the get the sale over the line.  All things that can really only be done from our office in Ormond.

ABOUT YOU

If you are an enthusiastic and switched on sales/customer service professional with the ability to sell by providing support to our customers and are looking to work in our growing small business within the motorcycle Transport Industry then this role is for you! If you love talking with customers in order to help them and get a sale, helping customers to meet their requirements and love mutli-tasking and a high paced environment then we have you covered!

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be working at the very core of our business, as the first point of contact talking to our customers.  This will be a fast paced environment but lots of fun at the same time.

KEYS TASKS

• You will be the first point of call for our customers.  Your key responsibility will be to help our customers and sell our services and provide the highest level of customer service possible.  
• It's important to note - EVERY customer that calls us knows that they want a motorcycle moved.  You don't need to sell in the traditional sense of the word -but it is selling in a way! You need to provide a customer service, give prices, give next scheduled dates and sell this in a way that is confident which in turn sells the service.  It's not hard but your job is to provide customer service and sell.
• Help our team with some administrative functions in relation to booking, planning and scheduling our driver's runs and other administrative functions
• Respond to emails and any phone queries in a prompt and professional manner
• Liaise with suppliers and understand timelines and requirements and report these back to our customers as required
• Review website content and ensure it's accuracy

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

• A very strong focus on customer service with the aim of selling our services and ultimately our business
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•  High level computer skills including very high experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.  The ability to type quickly and training will be provided on our in-house software
• Ability to multi task.  If you are used to having multiple screens and 50 tabs open at once….then this job is right down your alley!
• Highly organised with excellent follow through skills
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service at all times
