To be considered you will possess a track record of sales success and demonstrate a Passion for all things Motorcycles with a strong customer focus & a desire to earn in excess of $100k.
You don't shy away from closing deals, are financially driven and want to be the best at what you do providing every customer with a premium sales experience constantly exceeding their expectations & reaping the financial reward due to your dedication for closing New & Pre-Owned Motorcycles deals.
- Able to demonstrate strong sales success within a Motorcycle or Automotive Dealership environment.
- A Passion for Motorcycles especially the Harley-Davidson & or Ducati Brand.
- A natural communicator with a positive, proactive friendly outgoing personable demeanour.
- Process driven with an ability to control sales & guide customers with a dynamic driven can-do attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and an ability to influence positive sales focused outcomes.
- A dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills.
- Financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at grossing.
- Self-motivated, driven to achieve strong sales results.
- A proven deal closer with a never say die, positive proactive attitude.
- An ability to quickly establish trust, Customers like you, and want to buy from you.
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- A Full rider (motorcycle) licence.
