We are a small, family owned and operated team located in Pittsworth working within the Water Drilling and Mineral Exploration sectors. We are currently looking for a reliable, efficient and friendly Administration Assistant to join our team on a 12 month, part-time contract. There will be the possibility of extension to permanency.
This role will see you working alongside our management to perform day-to-day administration of the business.
Duties would include but not be limited to;- Customer service including incoming and outgoing phone and email enquiries.
- Data entry for payroll, accounts, daily operating reports and maintenance records.
- Arranging staff training, travel and accommodation.
- Other office duties as required.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite essential.
- Familiarity with Xero highly regarded.
- Driver licence with own reliable transport.
- Must be comfortable working autonomously.
On the job training will be provided and support from management will always be available.
We are willing to be very flexible with days/hours for the right applicant.
