We are seeking experienced ECT Teacher to join our established team in our Mount Colah service.
About you
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA Recognised)
- Practical knowledge of National Quality Standards
- Passion and commitment to providing high quality Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience in a similar role within Early Childhood Education
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check

- Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong professional relationships
- Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum, and outcomes for each child
- Ensure that all documentation of children's learning is visible and accessible to families, and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements
- Create a friendly, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment
- Lead by example and ensure positive interactions between educators and other members of the centre
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
