Ideal Applicants Will Have:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualified (recognised by ACECQA)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates and Working With Children Check
- Proven experience within the industry preferably as an Educational Leader
- Strong knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Exceptional relationship skills with families, children and other educators within the Service
The Skills You Bring:
- Mentor planning and implementing of the educational program that reflects our play-based philosophy and values the holistic view of each child's development.
- Great communication is the key in this role and you have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, educators, support staff and community stakeholders.
- Working cooperatively with all team members and stakeholders in supporting and mentoring curriculum implementation, critical reflection, professional development as well as individual goals and performance.
- Oversee the ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information.
