About the role
- Team Global Express is seeking an MR Driver to commence immediately at our Brisbane Airport Depot
- This is a Full Time Permanent Role, Monday to Friday, 12am (Midnight) to 8am
- The successful candidate will be offered Shift Loading on top of their Base Hourly Rate
- Complete shuttle runs promptly between multiple Team Global Express sites located within the Brisbane Airport Precinct
- Operate an MR Truck equipped with a Roller Bed and transport freight between our Loading Dock and our Depot
- Unload and load vehicles using a Forklift and sort them appropriately and safely
- Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner.
- Identifying damages and reporting in accordance with site process
- Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
- Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
- Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required
- Keeping trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, whilst also keeping the yard and your personal work area tidy
- Must be able to complete your own vehicle pre-start checks
- Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position
What you'll bring
- You will hold a Valid MR Licence & Forklift Licence
- Experience operating a Truck with a Roller Bed System is preferred but not mandatory
- You must have excellent time management and the ability to move freight in a safe & timely manner
- You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
- You must have a high attention towards Safety
