We have been supplying high quality building, garden & landscaping supplies to Melbourne, Geelong and beyond for nearly 45 years. The Daisy’s team includes approximately 190 people, working across 9 stores and 6 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Driver to join our Pakenham store on a casual basis.
The roleAs a Store Driver your key responsibilities will be:
- Deliver garden and landscaping supplies to customers, generally in the Melbourne Metro Area
- Drive a medium or heavy rigid truck
- Operate mobile equipment in the sales yard
- Maintain sales yard and truck presentation & cleanliness
The successful applicant will be someone who:
- Is able to work Saturdays plus one or two other days
- Holds a current MR or HR license, with a safe driving record
- Can form friendly and positive customer relationships
- Has reasonable knowledge of the Melbourne Metro area
- Preferably has competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader
